Lubrication for the Railroad Industry

Advanced Technology
Lincoln’s Railroad Lubrication System is the only system using Pump-to-Port™ (PTP™) technology to evenly and efficiently distribute lubrication on railroad applications. Our products offer total wear protection to the most vulnerable surfaces of the rail, restraining rail and car wheels.

• Gauge Face – Our technically advanced wiper bar design allows placement low on the rail, virtually eliminating any chances of wheel strikes. The rubber tip guides the grease high on the rail flange where it is easily and efficiently picked up by the passing train. The patented brushes hold excess grease promoting a clean environment. The fold-down bracket design allows for ease of MOW maintenance work.

• Top of Rail – Rigid, spring-mounted design protects the unit from false-flange wheel strikes. The mounting brackets allow bars to be folded out of the way for routine track maintenance. Precise grease application reduces waste while maximizing wear protection.

• Restraining Rail – This product reduces noise levels in metro applications. The even and precise application of grease also reduces wear on the inside of wheel.

Accurate Lubrication
All systems utilize Lincoln’s patented rotary-driven FlowMaster® pump and the precise Pump-to-Port™ dispensing blocks. This combination utilizes high pressure and positive displacement of the material to a single outlet port to ensure that each outlet receives the same exact amount of lubrication…every time.

Benefits of Lincoln’s Lubrication Systems
• Pump-to-Port™ technology dispenses precise volume of product in exactly the correct location to ensure the best wear protection to the targeted area.

• High-pressure system eliminates plugged outlets and precisely meters the grease onto the rail for consistent, reliable lubrication.

• Metal-to-metal seals on TOR bars means no replacement of rubber tips and seals, reducing periodic maintenance.

• Adjustable output pump (7 in.3/min – 0.7 in.3/min) puts user in control of product consumption.

• Capable of pumping long distances – even in cold weather. The high-pressure capability allows reservoirs to be placed in serviceable locations away from or even below track level.

• Lincoln’s digital controllers with RemoteLinc™ features remotely monitor system faults and low lubrication levels via telematics satellite communication.
