Biography: Patrick Cullen is a project engineer with the rail division of National Research Council Canada who is primarily focused on wheel-rail performance consulting services. Patrick Cullen received his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Carleton University in Ottawa, ON, Canada. A professional engineer with over 10 years’ experience, he has been involved with railroad research for several years in the areas of vehicle/track interaction, rail grinding, and project management.
