Biography: Paul Edwards has worked for the Utah Transit Authority (UTA) since 2005. At UTA Paul is responsible for Development, Implementation and Management of the Transit Asset Management Program, Construction Oversight and Quality Management, Engineering, Property Management and Real Estate Management.

Over the past 5 years Paul has worked closely with Bentley Systems to develop a Transit Asset Management system that meets the specific needs of transit agencies for compliance to the Federal mandate Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century (MAP21) Together with Bentley, UTA continues to refine and develop an overall Enterprise Asset Management System that will applicable for all transit uses in the US.

Prior to working at the UTA, Paul was a consultant at Parsons Brinckerhoff and also spent 10 years working for the Utah Department of Transportation. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Utah, Nevada, Idaho and Georgia.
