Biography: Troy Elbert serves as the president of Herzog Services Inc. and Herzog Services of Canada, LTD. He earned his degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Missouri Western State University and began his career with Herzog Services, Inc. in 1996. Through his career, Mr. Elbert has held many positions including technical design advancing to administrative. In 2013, he was named as co-inventor on patents covering ultrasonic phased array inspection for railroads. In 2010, Mr. Elbert completed ASNT Level III training and is the Responsible Corporate Level III for Herzog Services, Inc. and Herzog Services of Canada, LTD.
