Biography: Dave Elvidge is a Principal Development Engineer with L.B. Foster Rail Technologies, Corp. located in Burnaby, BC, Canada. Dave has spent the last 14 years working in the R&D department primarily developing and implementing mobile friction modifier application systems used in heavy haul freight. Prior to joining L.B. Foster Dave spent his first 21 years working in various R&D and process related positions in the Pulp and Paper industry.
